Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2025

By using YAGO, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Using YAGO

You may use YAGO only in accordance with these terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring that:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for behaviour that violates these terms or harms the service.

2. Your data and our service

You own your data. YAGO provides the platform and processing.

3. Availability and changes

We work to keep YAGO reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, be improved, or be removed over time. If we make significant changes, we’ll aim to let you know through the product or by email.

4. No guarantees on outcomes

YAGO is a decision-support tool. It helps surface patterns, highlight issues, and structure data — but it does not replace human judgement. You remain responsible for the decisions you make based on YAGO’s outputs.

5. Plan limits and fair use

Each plan may include limits on file size, uploads, API calls, storage, or retention. We may apply fair-use protections to keep the service stable for everyone.

6. Termination

You may stop using YAGO at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms or if your usage poses a security, legal, or operational risk. Where reasonable, we’ll attempt to notify you before suspension and provide a way to export your data.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as YAGO evolves. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date. Continued use of YAGO after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Contact

If you have questions about these terms, email us at legal@yagoinsight.com.
