YAGO is an analysis workspace that turns CSV and other exports into clean, structured insights in seconds. It’s built specifically for operational teams — airlines, airports, contact centers, ecommerce ops, and quality labs.
Do I need a data team to use YAGO?
No. YAGO is designed so that ops managers, team leaders, and analysts can all use it without specialist BI skills. Upload a file, review the insights, and share what matters.
Does YAGO replace our BI tools?
YAGO doesn’t aim to replace enterprise BI where you already have it. Instead, it sits closer to the teams doing the work — giving them fast, tactical insight without waiting for a BI cycle.
Data & security
Who owns the data I upload?
You do. YAGO processes your data so you can work with it, but we don’t claim ownership. You can request deletion at any time.
Is my data secure?
We use encrypted connections, secure storage, and modern best practices to protect your data. For regulated or sensitive environments, talk to us about Enterprise options and additional assurances.
How long do you keep uploaded files?
Retention depends on your plan and settings. Free workspaces may have shorter retention, while Pro and Enterprise can keep persisted projects for longer. If you need specific retention rules, we’ll configure them with you.

Can I try YAGO for free?
Yes. The Free plan lets you upload real files and experience the product without a credit card.
What happens if we outgrow the Free plan?
You can upgrade to Pro at any time. Your existing workspaces and insights will stay with you.
Do you offer discounts for large teams?
Yes — especially for airlines, airport groups, and large contact centers. Reach out via the contact form and we’ll discuss a structure that makes sense.

Which tools can YAGO connect to?
YAGO can work with exports and, for deeper integrations, can connect to:

Can YAGO live inside Microsoft Teams?
Yes. YAGO can be embedded in Teams as an app surface so your users stay in one place while exploring insights or reviewing dashboards.
